Costume Design
A team of 13 instructors led by lead designer Rylan Frost. The team has over 5 years of experience, having created cosplay costumes and props for IPs such as Final Fantasy, The Legend of Zelda, and BLEACH.
Props Design
The props team led by lead producer Ezra Knight. Capable of 3D modeling and production, they possess exceptional control over EVA and 3D printed PLA materials. They have created cosplay armor and props for IPs such as Elden Ring and Monster Hunter. Team members have an average of 7 years of experience.
Customer Service
Sam leads a customer service team of over 30 people. We provide dedicated pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services to our clients. Simple, considerate, and efficient communication provides customers with a powerful and excellent customized service experience. This team has served clients in many countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan, with a total of over 3,000 clients served.
Logistics
Mark’s team handles product shipping and logistics. Shipping is available throughout the country, with a wide range of logistics options. Customers can choose between normal delivery or expedited delivery based on their needs.

What is our customization process?
First, please send us the pictures. Second, we will discuss the production details together. Third, we will provide a quote based on the discussion. Finally, after you make the payment, we will start production, provide the pictures, and ship the goods.
What is our production cycle?
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the props/costumes. Props take 1-2 months. Costumes take 3-4 months. Expedited service is available, but a fee will apply. Advance booking is preferred.
What are our production methods?
We will use the most suitable fabrics and materials to reproduce every glowing/distressed effect as accurately as possible, and to recreate every detail. We will not manufacture firearms or other dangerous weapons. We love peace!
What about our after-sales service?
Each of our customers receives dedicated customer service after placing an order. Progress photos will be sent to you for confirmation. We offer a simple and efficient service approach, ensuring a positive communication experience both before and after the sale.
