After you place an order for a custom product, our dedicated customer service team will coordinate with you. We will provide design mockups according to the production schedule, communicate with you throughout the manufacturing process, and confirm material selections.
If you order a finished product, we will ship it to you within the specified delivery timeframe.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination country or region.
Typically, it takes 7 to 15 days. However, exceptionally large or heavy items may require additional time. Our customer service team will communicate with you before shipment to confirm the specific delivery timeline based on your order.

Before shipping, we always confirm the product's integrity with you. Upon receipt, if any damage is found, please contact our dedicated customer service team promptly and take photos. We will communicate and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
You may modify or cancel your order before production begins.
Once production has started, we will not refund the deposit. If you cancel during production, we will charge a corresponding fee and refund the remaining balance.
